Victorian Scottish Agate Bracelet with Padlock
Here is a beautiful Victorian Scottish Agate and Silver bracelet from the 1800s. This bracelet features six ribbed Agate stone stations, each with a hand-crafted silver engraved end. The silver is hand-etched with lovely details, adding a nice textural contrast against the smooth stones. The multicolored stones range from a dendritic green moss agate to several shades of creamy banded agate. The silver engraved padlock is fully functional and features a smooth banded agate on one side. In addition, an 1826 George IV coin dangles from the padlock. A few of the stones have some age-related wear- expected from a piece over 100 years old. This beautiful antique bracelet is ready to wear, gift, or collect.
