Here is a fabulous tiny Micromosaic Brooch from the Victorian Era. This beautiful little treasure features a bright bouquet of tiny flowers assembled on a circular beveled onyx ground. The flowers are made of the tiniest mosaic tiles, some as small as 1mm. There are three exquisitely detailed rose-like flowers in soft yellow, pink, and red, as well as one blue daisy-type bloom and several buds. A halo of dark green leaves frames the flowers. This brooch is relatively tiny, and the artistry that went into creating this mosaic is very impressive. The mosaic tableau is set in a 14K gold frame with an open back and an early safety clasp that is fully functional. This Victorian treasure is ready to wear or collect.

    • There is a very tiny hairline crack running through the back of the mosaic - this is visible in the photo. The mosaic is very secure in its setting and safe to wear
    • There is some crimping on the back of the gold setting

    Please note any boxes and props are not part of the listing.

    All domestic Shipping within the States is free! Orders will be shipped with insurance via USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your new treasure is on its way. Please allow 1-3 days for us to pack your order. Orders will be carefully packed in the order they are received. The Condition Report

An item must be 100 years old or older to be considered antique. This means many antiques may have age-related wear. We chalk it up to character and love it, but it is essential that we fully describe any wear, no matter how minor. Each piece is carefully inspected, tested, and fully described before it lands in the shop.
